Common Topics

Purchase and Restore

  • TradeLedger Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase.
  • If you changed devices or reinstalled the app, open the purchase screen and tap Restore Purchase.
  • Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.

iCloud Sync

  • TradeLedger can sync data through your own iCloud account.
  • Make sure iCloud is enabled on your device and iCloud Drive is available.
  • If sync is unavailable, check your Apple ID and iCloud settings first.

Notifications

  • The app uses local notifications for reminders you configure yourself.
  • If reminders do not appear, confirm notification permission is enabled in system settings.

CSV Import and Export

  • You can import trade records from CSV.
  • You can export data as CSV, Markdown, or PDF.

Troubleshooting

The app does not unlock after purchase

  1. Confirm the purchase completed successfully in Apple's purchase flow.
  2. Open the purchase screen.
  3. Tap Restore Purchase.
  4. If the issue continues, contact support and include your device model and iOS version.

iCloud sync is unavailable

  1. Confirm the device is signed into iCloud.
  2. Confirm iCloud Drive is enabled.
  3. Reopen the app and check sync status again.
  4. If needed, restart the device and retry.

Notifications do not arrive

  1. Open iOS Settings.
  2. Check that notifications are allowed for TradeLedger.
  3. Confirm the reminder time is in the future.
  4. Reopen the app and verify reminder settings.
