Wellnest Mate is a general wellness app for tracking daily habits, symptoms, reminders, goals, and related wellness records. It is intended for personal wellness support and self-management, not for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency response.

2. Information users may enter

  • Profile information such as preferred display details and wellness goals
  • Wellness logs such as hydration, sleep, mood, activity, symptoms, cycles, medications, and reminders
  • Companion selections, app settings, and reminder preferences
  • Export history and backup-related status information
  • Shared care information only when the user explicitly enables those features

3. How data is stored

Wellnest Mate is designed to store wellness records for the user’s personal use inside the app experience. Some records may be stored locally on the user’s device. Optional cloud-related features may store or sync relevant app data through the user’s own iCloud account when the user chooses to use backup, restore, or shared care features.

4. iCloud backup and shared care

  • iCloud backup and restore are optional features controlled by the user.
  • Shared care features are only used when the user explicitly sets them up.
  • Shared care may involve sharing selected records through Apple CloudKit-based features with people the user chooses.
  • These features may require iCloud access and compatible Apple account settings.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions, if offered, are processed by Apple through the App Store. Billing and payment information are handled by Apple under Apple’s own policies and systems.

6. Exports and user control

  • Users may export supported wellness records from within the app.
  • Users can manage reminders, backup behavior, and other core settings from within the app.
  • Users can delete app data using the app’s available data management tools.

7. How information is used

Information entered into Wellnest Mate is used to provide wellness tracking, summaries, reminders, backup behavior, shared care features selected by the user, and export functionality. The app is designed to support the user’s own awareness and daily routine management.

8. Children’s privacy

Wellnest Mate is intended for adult users and is not designed as a product for children.
