1. Overview

Wellnest Mate is a general wellness app that helps users track habits, reminders, symptoms, routines, and related personal wellness records. It is intended for self-management and general wellness support and is not a medical device or emergency service.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

• Wellnest Mate may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions, and may also offer lifetime access where available.
• Payment is charged to the user’s Apple ID account at the time the purchase is confirmed.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The user’s Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Users can manage and cancel subscriptions in their Apple account settings after purchase.
• If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, any unused portion is forfeited when the user purchases a subscription where applicable under Apple’s rules.

3. Lifetime access

If offered, lifetime access is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew. Access applies to the features described in the app at the time of purchase, subject to future product updates, regional availability, and platform requirements.

4. Apple Standard EULA

Use of Wellnest Mate is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

5. Privacy

Use of Wellnest Mate is also subject to the Wellnest Mate Privacy Policy, which explains how wellness records, optional iCloud features, and user-controlled exports are handled.
